I am trained and certified through The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO, long regarded as one of the most extensive and intensive Pilates teacher training programs. At MoonDance you will learn Classical Pilates and we’ll always stay true to the method that was developed by Joseph Pilates over 75 years ago. You will train on state of the art Stott Pilates equipment in a quiet, comfortable and welcoming studio. Each training session is one on one with individualized lesson plans that will be fun and challenging as we move towards your goals.
